Messiah's Mansion attracts large groups from Christian Churches Messiah's Mansion is a full-scale model of the Mosaic sanctuary display that is presented by an independent Seventh-day Adventist ministry. The Adventist church's "plan of salvation" is woven through the descriptions of each part of the sanctuary and the associated ritual. Over 100,000 people have taken the tour through the display--nearly 15,000 at Loma Linda, California. (See official Messiah's Mansion website--note that Adventism is not mentioned.) Christians who don't understand the finished work of Jesus on the cross and His fufilling the law with it's required sanctuary rituals may be confused by Adventist teachings such as Satan being the scapegoat, or the importance of the fourth commandment (seventh-day sabbath keeping) in the last days before Jesus returns. We strongly recommend that Christians not attend this evangelistic outreach of Adventism. It is not based on Biblical truth but on the visions and writings of the Adventist prophet Ellen G. White.
